condition: the frame is cracked at the bottom and has scrapes and nicks along the raised edge. The glass is chipped at the lower left side. This does not come with a sealed backing, as shown in the photo.
The signature is indecipherable in the plate and reverse of the backing of the frame; this is a very interesting and unusual piece, a haunting image, this etching is printed in an oval format and hand-colored. The paper was then cut to fit the frame.
The frame only has a cardboard backing with nails holding it and the art work in place. A gem of a find.
