condition: good; all of the pages show signs of wear; one of the top edges is uneven; a "budding artist" traced the image of one of the pages onto the back of the page of another, as shown in the photos. Please note: this drawing can be lightened significantly without causing harm to the original printing; the colors and printing of the images are very fine and extremely strong. There is ghosting (faint impressions from opposite pages pressed against each other - this is very common, particularly when heavy ink is pressed against a surface over prolonged periods of time.) Beautiful group of engravings.
