Art restoration vintage poster art gallery gem: 1968 Peanuts "Charlie Brown" Hang-Up
For art restoration vintage poster art gallery collectors and Peanuts fans alike, this authentic 1968 Hang-Up captures Charlie Brown under a raincloud in his iconic zig‑zag tee—relatable, charming, and unmistakably Schulz. It’s double‑sided, with a Gasoline Alley comic strip by Bill Perry on the reverse, making it a conversation starter from either side.
Created by Charles M. Schulz and published by the Chicago Tribune and United Feature Syndicate, this offset lithograph retains bold, period color. Size is 21 × 28 in, vertical format. Condition is good: folded into eight sections with a missing bottom-left corner and minor crease wear at fold intersections; the central image presents beautifully and is display‑ready. Ideal for framing as-is or as a rewarding archival restoration project—perfect for a curated wall or a vintage poster art gallery.
